INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries
- 1 large carrot, sliced and cooked
- 1/2 cup coconut water or plain cold water
- 1/2 cup orange juice (fresh juice from one medium orange)
- 2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Add a little water if needed to make it easier to blend.
