Nov. 29th, 2021 – In this week’s episode, the ladies are diving into TEENS! Though still a few years away from this chapter, they’re sharing thoughts on how to connect with your teen (but really, any child!). They relate to an article written by a 21-year-old student, who’s right out of those fundamental years. She shares 4 tips that the women break down which they thought were great suggestions on navigating these years. Sarah and Lauren talk about being a good listener and how it’s vital to any relationship. Definitely important for a child to feel understood and valued. They talk about respect and understanding your teens growth.  At that even though mistakes will be made, how crucial it is to recognize the good in their progression and choices they’re making towards becoming an adult. They also talk about being sincerely supportive and how important it is to make time for your teen! Knowing these these years go so fast, they remind you to make a conscious effort to carve out 1-on-1 time with your teen to make sure they feel your love. They close out with their hit and misses of the week. Lauren’s husband coming through with delivering the Friendsgiving turkey and Sarah’s miss with Elf on the Shelf!
