Feb. 8th, 2021 –  In this episode, the ladies sit down with Liz Jones of Pojo Fitness – macros coach and creator of The Power Method.  They break down the nitty gritty of macros; what it is, how it works and all. Sarah and Lauren both set new goals to be more active and eat better so they ask all the questions on how to be more fit in their daily lives. Discussion topics include weights over cardio, protein after workouts, BCAAs and Liz weighs in on what she pays for workout clothes.

Liz also shares tips and tricks for busy moms on how to get active at homes and provides some good snack ideas. It’s a useful conversation that encourages the listener to start small and to continue to push yourself. It’s great advice to get yourself moving in some way!  They close out with their weekly hits and misses. The girls share about a fun ski weekend they had with friends and Lauren mentions a struggle she’s having with her winter lawn.
